The Ady Ensemble is looking for some augmenting violinists and violists to join us for our next project, “Ady @ the Con: Stan Getz & Focus”, which will involve a performance at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music on evening of the 9th of September. This should be an exciting concert, as we perform new arrangements of Ligeti’s, “Musica Ricercata”, alongside the first Australian performance of the authorised version of Eddie Sauter’s Jazz-Third Stream Classic, “Focus”- for solo saxophone, strings, harp, piano, and drummer.
